The Pan Asia Banking Corporation (PABC) is a private Sri Lankan commercial bank with a strong focus in trade finance. The bank uses the Finacle Core Banking Application as its core system. Being a challenger bank, the bank maintains minimal technology overhead.

The bank needed a reliable L2 Support vendor, as internally the bank had a lean IT organization. The vendor needed to have high-level capabilities in deploying and patching Finacle Core Banking Application and needed to have fast response time considering the nature of the business.
